2. Services Offered
Lala Delivery provides:
Local courier and parcel delivery within the city.
Pick-up and drop services from one location to another.
Real-time tracking, delivery updates, and customer support.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Provide accurate information during booking.
Ensure the parcel is packed securely.
Not send items that are prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or dangerous.
Make timely payments for all services used.
If false information or illegal items are found, Lala Delivery may suspend or terminate the account without notice.
4. Prohibited Items
You cannot send:
Cash, jewelry, precious metals.
Illegal drugs, weapons, explosives.
Liquids, chemicals, or fragile items without proper packaging.
Any item restricted by government law.
Lala Delivery is not responsible for damage or legal action arising from sending prohibited goods.
5. Pricing & Payments
Prices depend on distance, weight, urgency, and service type.
All charges must be paid before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Taxes and additional fees may apply.
6. Pickup & Delivery
Delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other conditions.
If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery partner may attempt re-delivery at extra cost.
Lala Delivery is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
7. Liability Policy
Lala Delivery is not liable for loss or damage due to improper packaging, natural events, or prohibited items.
Our total liability (if applicable) is limited to the maximum of the service charge paid for that delivery.
High-value items are strictly not allowed.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations before pickup may be refundable.
Once the delivery partner has picked up the parcel, no refund will be issued.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
9. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
Fraudulent activity is detected.
User violates TOS or sends prohibited items.
Misuse, abuse, or harmful behavior is reported.
10. Data & Privacy
We collect user information (name, phone number, address, parcel details) to operate our services. All data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
11. Modification of Terms
Lala Delivery reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
