2. How do I book a delivery?
You can book a delivery through:

The website

Select pickup location, delivery location, item details, and confirm payment.
3. What items are allowed for delivery?
We deliver:
Documents
Small parcels
FTL Loads
Non-fragile items
Business supplies and samples
Clothes, accessories, and light goods
Make sure everything is packed properly.
4. What items are NOT allowed?
Prohibited items include:
Cash, jewellery, precious metals
Weapons, drugs, explosives
Chemicals, liquids, fragile items without safe packaging
Illegal or government-restricted items
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on:
Distance
Traffic
Weather
6. Can I track my parcel?
Yes. You can track your delivery live through the app using the tracking link or delivery ID.
7. What if the rider does not come for pickup?
You can contact support through call or WhatsApp. We will assign a new rider immediately.
8. What if delivery is delayed?
Delays may happen due to traffic or weather. You can check real-time tracking or contact support for status.
9. How much does delivery cost?
Charges depend on:
Pickup and drop distance
Weight of parcel
Urgency (Standard / Express)
The app calculates the price automatically before confirming.
10. How can I pay?

Wallet
Debit/Credit Card
Cash on Pickup/Delivery (if enabled)
11. Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, before the rider picks up your parcel. Once picked up, cancellation is not allowed.
12. What if my parcel is damaged or lost?
Contact support within 24 hours with:
Booking ID
Item details
Photos (if damaged)
Our support team will review the case and take appropriate action.
